There's no equipment to buy and no charge for delivery, installation, the first plumbing hookup or routine servicing. We invoice after the fact, only for the cups your team actually drank. Prices vary by drink, mainly because the ingredients differ. We base your estimate on your real usage during the free trial. Service runs on a month-to-month agreement with no cancellation fees, so you're never locked in.
The machines pour straight into a mug, which we encourage: less waste, and no waxed paper cup to affect the taste. Paper cups are available on request. Spent grounds are collected for composting, and rinse water from the cleaning cycle goes into a sealed tank that we empty.

Trials are for workplaces with 10 or more employees or customers. When demand is high, new trials may go on a waitlist.
Once we get your request, we'll contact you by phone or email to book a site visit and look at placement, power, water and how many people will use the machine. During the trial, drinks are on us, up to an amount agreed for your workplace. At the end, you decide whether to continue. We just ask for enough space and power, and reasonable access for our weekly visits.
